The Basic Food Hygiene Course is ideally suited for food operatives, kitchen staff, care assistants and service staff.

The course is up to 6 hours and can be run at times to suit your requirements.  The course ends with a multiple choice test.

  • Legislation.

 

Successful candidates will receive a certificate.
