Basic Life Support for Dental PractitionersA course based on the requirements of the Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines for medical emergencies for Dental Practitioners. The course covers the main medical emergencies that require urgent treatment including Basic Life Support and AED awareness, discussing other common medical emergencies in dental practices like asthma, epileptic emergencies and stroke. It is a recommendation from the Resuscitation Council (UK) that this course be held on an annual basis as part of their continuing professional development.
