Food Hygiene AwarenessFood Hygiene Awareness is a basic course appropriate for anybody wishing to have an awareness of food hygiene and the consequences of poor food hygiene. The course covers the basics of Food Safety, including food poisoning and bacteria.
The course is intended to provide training for anyone, including young people, or those who perform "lower risk" tasks such as clearing tables, maintaining stores and other such similar duties.
